Woo 100 dls thanks guys.
Adds the perks on the level up screen and adds all spell books that I could find.
Anything missing let me know.
Makes all skills set to 100 even the cheeky archery and speech,

There are 4 files in this. All are text documents.

fixed wolf100. wasn't changing marksman cause im a tard and misspelled it.

updated read-me so it tells the right location
added wolf100 so that you can now set all skills to 100.
