Simply removes enchanted cloaks from the mod and adds the MagicDisallowEnchanting keyword to all WIC cloaks. This way cloaks are largely cosmetic and don't provide an additional enchantment slot. I made this because I felt having an additional 20% Magic Resist was overpowered.

Installation:

Install Winter is Coming - Cloaks of Skyrim and then replace the .esp with my .esp.
