Handmade dremora, with nord vampire eyes (so scary in the dark) and you can dress him like you want :3 because I used a dunmer type body (Work with SOO and UFO mods too), I changed his face for a lot less chin more more jaw. Unlike his other kyn you can heal him and he will follow you with his eyes and not just stare at the kitchen far away.
Of course he's using dark elf and malebrute voicetype. I wanted to make a zelda dremora type dialogue but i could'nt find the files.
Look like he lost all of his daedric stuff. You can find him in midden's jail (Winterhold underground) or Winterhold college exterior for v2.

• Dremora v1 type spellsword - level 1 to 80
• Dremora v2 type Nightsword - level 1 to 80 + sneak perks (he shouldn't be spotted easilly in bright day and walking)

If you get the grayface just put the unzipped optional file in : 
Skyrim/data/texture/actors/character/facegendata/facetint
It may look like Skyrim/data/texture/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/followemedremora.esp
If you get some troubles with SOO go in the MCM menu and give him a Schl**g.
