If a lock is pickable but also has a key (Dwemer Museum) and you have the perk for that lock's level, the key will now be used rather than it being autopicked (avoids skill use that shouldn't be given).
Skill gain values are now taken from the GameSettings table, so they'll match the manual skill gain if a mod changes them.

Each of the main perks now enables you to automatically open locks of that level. Skill use still increases as if you unlocked it by hand.
No buggy scripts attaching to every lock and bloating savegames. No dialog boxes to click every time.
