How Does It Work?
Well, I have worked hard to combine Fire and Lightning into one spell. This spell does 60 fire damage and 40 lightning damage. Pretty powerful. This spell is found in a  spell tome.

Where can I get this spell  tome?
You can find this spell tome in TWO places. FIRST is Dragonsreach. In Dragonsreach, go into the mage's room and on his desk is a spell tome. Take it. THE NEXT PLACE is in the college of Winterhold. Head into the Hall of Elements and go around the benches until you see a book. This is the book you need.

What will be next?
Well. I don't have many plans. It's more of a "Oooh I wanna see this spell happen!" I'll take recommendations into consideration.
