Hello Adventurers! Introducing NEW Roleplaying Passives!

DESCRIPTION
 NO SCRIPTS,
  •  I simply balanced the 10 races. In Vanilla+DLCS the races are split into tiers that is how unbalanced the races are...
3 trash tier races: Khajiit, Imperial, Wood Elf
4 top tier, Argonians, Dark Elves, Nords, Redguards
3 god tier races: Breton, High Elf, Orc

  • I also toned down the passives drastically! Most are 1/5 of their former power! I did this to not only bring the races closer together balance wise, but to give players a little bit more of a challenge.
  • I also made up a name for the new passives for roleplaying fun but its not necessary to remember them because they are just passives after all.
  • I rewrote the racial descriptions in the race menu. The descriptions now show the racial power and racial passive! 

New Roleplaying Passives:
  • Khajiit: Recovery*... +2 magicka regen +2 stamina regen +2 health regen in combat
  • Imperial: Hard Work... +10 carry weight +5 health 
  • Wood Elf: Wild Spirit... +10 stamina +20% disease resistance
  • Argonians: Strong Blood... +5 stamina. +15%  poison resistance. Waterbreathing. Histskin duration reduced from 60 to 50.
  • Dark Elven: Burning Magicka... +5 magicka. +10% fire resistance 
  • Nord: Hardy Frost... +5 health +10% frost resistance 
  • Redguard: Grounded Sands... +1% melee damage, +10% shock resistance. Adrenaline Rush duration reduced from 60 to 50.
  • Breton: Magical Attunement... +5% magic resistance 
  • High Elf: Vast Focus... +10 magicka 
  • Orc: Blacksmith Lineage**... +2% blacksmithing quality. Berserker Rage duration reduced from 60 to 50. 


*Notes on Khajiit- Cats always recover and land on their feet and have 9 lives. So I gave Khajiit the Recovery passive and they can also regen health in combat. The reason I gave Khajiit one of the better passives is because they are the only race with a non-combat Racial Power and combat wise Khajiit were the weakest of the 10 races.

**Notes on Orc- Orcish racial power Berserk Rage is the strongest on paper. Originally orcs have no passive (even in Vanilla). Now they have Blacksmith Lineage for roleplaying reasons. Thanks for suggestion.

REWRITE of racial descriptions in the RaceMenu to match new passives. RaceMenu now also shows racial powers and racial passives!!!

BUG FIX TALK
During my testing of the mod, I noticed a couple racial passives don't show up in the ACTIVE EFFECTS but still work. For Khajiit... I am not really worried about because their type of solid regen doesn't show up in ACTIVE EFFECTS. If anyone knows more about getting abilities to show up in ACTIVE EFFECTS please send me a personal message.
