- Doesn't cost anything to cast
- Does 1000 damage

Balanced
- Costs a fair deal of mana
- Does around 200-250 (base, subject to skills)

- Add to inventory with console: 
- '~' 
- 'player.additem xx000D69' 1 - Ice 
xx000D6B' 1 - Fire (Spell Tomes) 
- or 'player.addspell xx000D64' - Ice 
xx000D68' - Fire (Spells) ('xx' is the load order)

Just to clarify: 
What i meant as 'xx' is the placement of the mod in the load order so if it was the 56th mod it would be 56000d69 for the Ice Spell Tome for example. 

An easy way to find out the load order is to use the console and type 'help cannon' and it should come up with the IDs for the Tomes and the Spells
