Two cooking pot crafted and two hearthfire oven crafted foods that are made with human hearts or flesh that have the Dawnguard blood potion effect to satisfy your vampire's thirst or your cannibal's craving for flesh.
Two versions one for those with RND and one for those without. Both versions require Unofficial Skyrim Patch (yes really, the meat pie's model is part of the USKP), Dawnguard, and Hearthfire.
