Hello, I made this follower based on myself, so he looks like the real me as most as possible with the races and characteristics from the vanilla game.
The previous version was bad. The character was bad and didn't do some of the things I claimed on the description, my bad there sorry guys, but I have improved him and now he does what he should, he is essencial and scales with player level.
WARNING: Both the armor and sword are non-obtainable to the player.
REQUIREMENTS

Dawnguard DLC
Optional File (without husky and no longer supported):

FEATURES
Armor:
He wears an echanted version of the Blades Armor (without the helmet), the enchantments are:
Boots - Stamina Regen
Cuirass - Health Regen
Gauntlets - Fortify Two-Handed
Main Weapon:
He is now a Two-Handed Warrior who uses a unique two-handed version of the Blades Swords, this sword is called Fuyutsuki and has the stagger enchantment (like Windshear).
(I had to edit the mesh of the normal Blades Sword to make it Two-Handed, if you wish to use a sword like this on your character I will leave bellow on recommendations a mod who does that)
Secondary Weapon:
A unique version of the Nordic Bow with slightly more damage and a Frost Damage enchantment, plus Nordic Arrows.
(No Dragonborn DLC required, I unpacked the BSA and got the meshes + textures on my file)
Shouts:
Ok here is where I dropped the ball last time, I had claimed he would use shouts which he actually didn't, but now he does!
I honestly thought about not giving him any shouts and just keep him as a regular fighter without any kind of magic usage, a guy that only cares about fighting with technique and honor, but as I was scrolling through the shout list I saw 2 in particular that could fit him even having that kind of personality, so I decided to add them. The shouts are Disarm and Elemental Fury. I tested and he should use them, but he seems to have a preference for the Disarm shout (in one of the images you can see the enemy sword on the floor after he disarmed her).
Pet:
Chrestyan has a husky called Sandokan (in honor of my husky who died) that follows him everywhere and helps in battle. Sandokan is also essential.
Perks:
Both Chrestyan and Sandokan have the Ligh Foot perk.
Chrestyan also has several perks in Two-Handed, Archery and Heavy Armor.
Optional File:
The version where Chrestyan doesn't have the dog is now under optional file, for who doesn't want the dog or doesn't have Dawnguard installed.
LOCATION
He is located at the Old Hroldan Inn, on the way to Markarth. It was the most lore-friendly place I could put him, like if he was one Blade still roaming the area.
KNOWN ISSUES
When I created the bow and arrows with the meshes and textures extracted from the Dragonborn BSA I might have done something wrong because those arrows don't show up when Chrestyan is drawing the bow to fire, will try to fix it ASAP.
