There were several problems with my creation kit:
You need to make them like you first:
Open your console ("^") and click at the NPC you want as your follower. Then you'll see a number (560.../650...). You need to type: setrelationshiprank (the number) 4 and: player.setrelationshiprank (the number) 4
You also need to make the chest yours:
Opel your console click at the chest and type setownership.
Also there are problems with the Khajiit and one of the Redguards (Amyr). They can't follow you yet but I'm trying my best to fix this as soon as possible.

BONUS:
Another Nord called Keenan A-Sayf. I once made him for me because I wanted a perfect husband and I thought I'll share him with you.
They're all in prisoners outfits because I often see that someone's complaining about the armor. I put a chest in the room where you can find almost every kind of clothing and armor so you can choose.
