this mod removes the conditions on perks so that you can get your favorite perk right at the begining

This Mod Removes the conditions on perks so now you don't have to wait to get the perk you want
This should work with all the dlc's Fine But it doesn't change anything on the Vampire Lord/ Were Wolf perks

The Mod Works Fine with Mod Organizer Or Nexus Mod Manager
If the Mod doesn't work for you try putting it right to the bottom of your Mod load Order but so far it works for me

sorry if this sound's cheeky/rude but I had a bit of trouble with this when i had put this mod on my steam account.
I may Update the Mod if it receives enough downloads so it works with all the Dlc's
