Adds a spell that allows you to literally "jump forward" in time.
(Which is essentially waiting,but you can do it with enemies nearby)

This mod adds a new master level spell that vastly increases the speed of time for about a second while making you ethereal to not die even faster in combat, thus creating the effect of "jumping forward" in time.
(I'm not good at making up fancy descriptions to make it lore-friendly,so make up an epic one yourself)
~~~~~~How do you get it?~~~~~~
There is a spell tome and a scroll version of this spell:
-You can find it as scroll in random dungeon loot.
-You can buy the spell tome from Tolfdir in the Mage's College after completing the Alteration ritual quest.

-Magicka Cost: 487
-Skill level: Master
-Charge Time: 4.0 seconds
-Duration: 1 second
-Speedmult: 5x
There's an extra optional file,which puts the Speedmult up to 10x and the duration to 10 seconds
~~~~~~~Compatibility~~~~~~~
There's a slight chance that this mod will conflict with any other mod that modifies the LItemScroll100Skill and the MGRitualAlterationBooks Leveled Item list.
Make sure to place this mod at the bottom of your load order if you want it to work properly.
