The Informative Series is a set of mods that explain how Skyrim works in greater depth than Bethesda provided in the 'Help Menu' or 'Interactive Objects'.

Informative Alchemy
  • Modifies the Alchemy section of the Help Menu.
  • Now includes explanations for Alchemical Effects.
  • Now includes list of ingredient combinations which produce each Alchemical Effect.







Informative Blacksmith
  • Modifies the Blacksmithing section of the Help Menu.
  • Now includes explanations for the Grindstone.
  • Now includes explanations for the Workbench.

Informative Training
  • Modifies the Training section of the Help Menu.
  • Provides a list of all Trainers.
  • Provides the level at which each Trainer is able to Train.

  • Provides all Trainers travel routes and schedules.
  • Indicates if a Trainer is also a merchant, what they buy and sell.
  • Indicates if a Trainer is a potential Follower.







Informative Shrines
  • Modifies the message received when using Shrines in Skyrim.
  • Replaces the old “Blessing added” message.
  • Provides new message that states the status effect received, and the number of hours it last.







Informative Standing Stones
  • Modifies the message received when using Standing Stones in Skyrim.
  • Replaces the old message with the actual information pertaining to the status effects each Standing Stone grants when its Sign is selected.
  • Omits the unnecessary repetition of the statement “You may only have one sign at a time” from all stones, for two reasons.
  • Reason #1 is that the statement is so obvious, that it goes without saying.
  • Reason #2 is due to the addition of the 'Aetherial Crown' obtained during 'Lost to the Ages', (Dawnguard DLC).
