I felt that the Gnisis Cornerclub lacked the feel of a real tavern. So here's a quick mod I made which reinvents the dunmer merc Jenassa as a bard in the cornerclub who you can request songs to.
Jenassa resides in the Gnisis Cornerclub now. She cleans up around the place (when Malthyr isn't around) and you can request her to sing and play the lute. Patrons in the tavern will raise glasses and dance when she is performing.
She is also dressed accordingly in barkeeper clothing.
Unless you are starting a new game, you may need to resurrect Jenassa's character using the console script:
prid e1ba9
resurrect
Then wait a couple of days in game (probably for the trip from whiterun to windhelm)..
Unfortunately the new script prevents the dialogue to hire her. However you can still acquire her as a dialogue using the following console script:
setrelationshiprank player 4
addfac 19809 1
addfac 5c84d 1
addfac 5a1a4 1
She will also still be available for marriage.
