PERFORMANCE FRIENDLY ENB
This preset was designed for my laptop, but I went to lengths to ensure that it still looked phenomenal while keeping 30+ fps on my subpar laptop.
This preset uses anamorphic bloom, something often not used in most ENBs. I've designed this to look fairly cinematic while leaving room for, you know, actually playing the game.

Drop contents of my zip into Skyrim Folder, overwrite anything that comes up.
