This is my first mod ever, though I made a house mod for the purpose of training in the CK and to do other Skyrim related mods in the future. 
This is my very first creation I've published but PLEASE, report bugs / ideas, and anything you can imagine, this is a kind of beta-test after all. 

Location / Content
The house is located in: Riverwood Trader on the ground floor, through a trapdoor. 
In this cellar you can find different storaged items, books, journals and Lucan Valerius personal throne!
It also includes an alchemy table with nice view over Lucans' throne room. (With some random ingredients)

Base requirements and reasons.

This mod only requires base Skyrim as I've not used any of the DLCs.
Mod should not hopefully not conflict with any other mods, I've not edited any data(or used data from other mods) only duplicated main Skyrim data for own personal use.
