If you have already a mod that modifies the vanilla female running animations, this mod will replace a particular file named mt_runforward.hkx
For most of Steam users, mt_runforward.hkx is located here :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\Actors\Character\Animations\female
