enchantment that allows you to draw your bow faster.

increase your bow draw speed with this enchantment unintended side effect it also increases the attack speed of other weapons.
update V1.0.1
changed enchantment name to Quick Draw and tried to make it work with bows only ~
also changed the speed bonus and removed the % value from the tool tip because it didn't show the right value anyway :)
added new gloves that change the attack speed to normal speed (experimental)
name for the console "heavy iron gauntlets"
due to lack of time the only way to currently get the gloves is through the console!
a short and simple instruction to get the gloves with the console for those who don't know
#1 open the console ~
#2 type help "Comfortable Iron Gauntlets"
#3 type player.additem <itemID> <count>
