VERSION 2.0, adds invisibility at the end and also teleports player back to where they started from

Adds a spell in the dark brotherhood sanctuary
The spell has a 3 second charge time
The spell will only work on ActortypeNPC's
The spell will only work if you are sneaking
The spell will only work if you have a dagger in your main hand
The spell will only work if you have the assassins blade perk
You can be in combat and cast it though it does have a 3 second charge time
This will NOT kill essential or invulnerable
The spell pops you behind the target you hit and wtf pwns them, then you explode with a firestorm
