Her name is Kalizen Renzen she is a Half Mage and Half Warrior...well,she always appears in the backyard training(Jorrvaskr) .She always sitting on the bench with the companions.
Easy to find Her.

Caution-Be careful using her too...she just like Sharkaria too can blow everyone away...and it may Alert the Guards Too...You Have Been Warned.
