Tweaks altar enchantments to prevent unintended interactions.

This tiny mod will tweak magic altars in the following ways:
1. Removes the MagicAlchBeneficial keyword to prevent interaction with perks, enchantments, potions, and scripts that affect alchemy.
2. Removes the Restoration spell school to prevent interaction with perks, enchantments, potions, and scripts that affect Restoration spells.
3. Ensures that all altar blessings have the MagicBlessing keyword for consistency.
Previously, chugging a Fortify Restoration potion before tapping an altar could significantly increase the magnitude of the effect. Some mods added perks and scripts that operate on the MagicAlchBeneficial keyword or on Restoration spells in general, further increasing the benefit.
