After a long absence from Skyrim I came back only to have issues with my own mod.  I fixed that issue.

I Present you with Version 2 which contains working containers.

This mod has two main components, Enchanted containers which allow you to carry large quantities of certain items as well as a method for rendering certain stolen items unidentifiable to their original owners.

Untraceable Loot
---------------------
A thief's only option isn't picking pockets. The wealthy in Skyrim flaunt their status with expensive silver and malachite dishes carelessly laying about. Previously stealing them wasn't too difficult, getting rid of them and making a profit was a different story. Well now you can make these items untraceable. Simply find a Forge, beat them into unrecognizable scraps (which can be stored in the Enchanted Ore Sack), then find a smelter to melt them into ingots. You can also create ingots from a number of types of arrow heads since they are relatively pure and easy to separate from the shafts (though the process will render them useless until you make ingots from them). Arrow heads are first rendered into "lumps" at a forge then into "ingots" at a smelter. NOTE: The lumps can be carried in the Ore Sack, the ingots cannot. I chose to use the forge for the first step in order to grant the player xp for the effort in gathering, or stealing, (or whatever) the various items. After all isn't this just another way of mining? There are also more forges than there are smelters.

Enchanted Containers
---------------------------
1 - Enchanted Gem sack - holds gems and jewelry
2 - Enchanted Scroll Case - holds scrolls (what else)
3 - Enchanted Book Bag - holds books, any number of books
4 - Enchanted Ingredient Pouch - holds all your alchemical ingredients
5 - Enchanted Medicine Bag - holds potions and poisons
6 - Enchanted Ore Sack, holds ore as well as other items that fill the role of ore, such as Dwemer items, and scraps from loot made untraceable

Each of these containers has a specific weight that does not change regardless of contents. For example, the Ore Sack has a weight of 30, empty it has a weight of 30, with all your ore in it, it still has a weight of 30.

The containers are scattered around Riverwood and Whiterun like Easter Eggs.  NOTE:  I've added screenshots to show the locations of most of the containers.  The "Book Bag" and "Scroll Case" are located on the bench to the right once you enter Dragonsreach.

Why I created this mod this way:
----------------------------------------
I've started Skyrim several times but always feel something is wrong by about level 40. It just seems wrong to me to be able to knock a dragon out of the air with a single arrow.

I had two mods that I like very much that were contributing to this imbalance.

First was a recycling mod, that allowed me to recycle weapons, armor, and lots of other stuff into useable ingots, second was a bag of holding, which as the name suggests would hold an unlimited amount of "stuff".

Well at about level 40ish I had 100 in Alchemy, Enchanting, and Smithing (as you can imagine I didn't have too many combat perks), three complete double-enchanted outfits for different purposes, and a container with over 4000 ingots in it (granted over 1000 of them were Dwemer). It was not unusual for me to return home after visiting a couple crypts and unload 5,000 pounds (weight units whatever they really are) of stuff. It was just too easy. I felt that both being able to salvage some existing items as well as possessing enchanted containers that could hold more than was obvious were both reasonable and not outside the genre. So I set out to compromise between none and too much. This mod is the result.

**Compatibility Note**
If, after installing this mod you find items not acting as they did before, try switching the load order of that mod and this mod. Most of the containers in this mod use keywords to determine appropriate items. Some of the standard items did not have keywords so I was forced to add them. Problems arise when two mods make changes to the same default item. The first mod will make its changes to the item, then the second mod will make its changes to the item and unfortunately restore all other parameters back to default.
