Adds the Robe of the Drake's Pride to the game, an artifact from Morrowind.

A simple mod that adds the Morrowind artifact 'Robe of the Drake's Pride' to the game. In Morrowind you have to chance to give Neloth the robe, and now you can take it back!
The robe can be found in Neloth's tower at Tel Mithryn, by the staff enchanter on a crate.
The enchantment is similar to that of Morrowind's:
Increases Magicka by 100 points
Fire Resistance 25%
Reflect Damage 25%
It also retains its lacklustre value and weight from Morrowind, and as it is an artifact it is unenchantable.
It uses the Telvanni robe model from the Dragonborn DLC.
