This is a house mod set along the river in the Reach, across the river from Lost Valley Redoubt. The building is designed to be an inn, and has a study, armory, kitchen, bedroom, external tower, external herb garden, and other features. The inn comes with two NPCs for use in buying and selling. Location marker added to the map upon installation.
