A little, two story, lake house made by scratch. Its a little get-a-way vacation home between Riverwood and Falkreath.

So after all your character's adventuring you've decided to build yourself a nice little lake house. A spot where you can relax and swim, go for a little skinny dip once in a while. And you put the key in this nice hallowed rock, right next to the door.
It's located between Riverwood and Falkreath.
No loading screens, no new cells. So there may be a tiny lag but nothing too big.
Just use manager to install & uninstall.
