Hey guys this is a Playerhouse in front of the stonewall at whiterun. Basically the house has 2 rooms. The rooms are small but very comfortable. In front of the house you have a stable for your house.

Installation:
1) Manual download: Download the .zip file then extract the .zip and drag the .esp file in your skyrim DATA folder.
X:/Steam/SteamApps/common/Skyrim/Data
