Comes in 1h and 2h variants. The 2h version has slightly higher base damage, but they are otherwise identical. The swords scale with speech in addition to their respective melee stats.

Extract into your "steamapps/common/skyrim" folder and enable BluebloodSword.esp. In game, the weapons are crafted under Iron Smithing. Both require 6 iron ingots and a filled black soul gem.
