My first attempt at modding using the creation kit so i hope it all works.
to obtain fire skooma find a cooking spit/pot and combine 1 ale and 5 skooma into fire skooma
effects:
damage health for 55 points so be careful
night eye 240 secs
muffle
ghostveil
fortify stamina
