Dark Brotherhood Male Armour Re-texture.

Description:

I really like the Dark Brotherhood Armour but felt the "crimson" accent was too dark and I wanted a lighter colour accent, I then got carried away.

This is a mild texture mod of the Male Dark Brotherhood Armour where I have changed the colour of the non-black portions of the armour; I also increased the resolution on all the item textures.

There are 7 variations (See included images):

Black
Blue
Brown
Green
Purple
Red
White

PLEASE NOTE: In the images my character is wearing a maskless hood BUT in the mods the Hood has the normal facemask, coloured to match the rest of the armour set.

It is always a good idea to back up your existing texture folder prior to overwriting the files with any texture mod - if you don't like the results, you can just restore your old texture folder - no harm, no foul ;-)

This is my first crack at a texture mod so please don't be too harsh but let me know what you think. I originally did this for myself but thought I'd share on the off chance someone finds it useful.

I have tested each of the texture mods extensively in-game and frequently switch depending on my mood, even restored original texture and back to the mod - no issues detected and I'm happy with how it turned out, hopefully you will be too.

Installation:

Extract/copy the relevant texture folder in the Skyrim Data folder.

Typically:

C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data

or

C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data
