This mod adds Vans to Skyrim. They were created by retexuring the barkeepers shoes so they aren't using any type of fancy models.
Where do I find them?
They are found in a chest upstairs in Riverwood Trader. NOTE: The chest is floating upside down; due to the lack of gravity this mod is not very lore-friendly.

If you want more colors/designs just ask I will probably be able to add them for you, I have also included an optional download for a .psd template to make your own version to replace a color if you know how to make textures yourself.
