Changes Dawnbreaker:
Improved base-damage by 33% (slightly better than Daedric).
Fixed Dawnbreaker to be affected by smithing perks.
The explosion after killing an undead always occurs.
The explosion no longer knocks items around.
The explosion won't cause Undead to flee.
