Only thief guild completed. No side quest done. Only 1 dungeon cleared. Played on master difficulty

This save could be good for people wanting to try out an accomplished thief before starting one or if you want to explore the world with an already high level thief.
ONLY THIEF GUILD COMPLETED.
0 side quest done.
1 random dungeon cleared. (dwemer ruins in marnakht)
the toon only have 7k money.
the character have not used exploit to skill-up or get stronger.
everything the character own is in the character inventory. (no chest used as storage)
played on master difficulty.

Not going to list all the perk but imo its a decent selection.
You can always use console command to swap out perk OR wait till theres a mod for it. :)
