I went to test out ewi65's new candle flame (very nice I might add) and realized I never got around to fixing the height on the Imperial candles. This is a vanilla bug that shipped with the game. So here is that long delayed fix.

Please see the images for comparison.

NOTE: If you use RCI or SMIM, don't overwrite the impcandle01 mesh, as I just found out both of those already do this. You will only need to install the chandelier meshes from this.
If you don't use either of these two overhaul mods, then use this entire fix.
