This is my first mod so please let me know of any bug/glitches you find so I can try and fix them.

A Tavern/Player home near Riften docks directly behind Honeyside.
Adds: 4 New Merchants, 3 New Followers, 1 New Hireling, and 2 possible Spouses.
Cooking Pot, Forge, Tanning Rack, Grindstone, Workbench, Alch. Table, Ench. Table, Smelter, Woodchopping. Plenty of safe storage and a quick exit out of player room to the outside
