Adds Janna from league of legends, found in Sleeping giants inn, in riverwood

* IF YOU GUYS WANT ME TO MAKE HER A HIGH ELF JUST COMMENT AND IF THE MAJORITY IS YES I WILL MAKE HER A HIGH ELF.

NOTE: i spent hours trying to get her to use the staffs from the Wind Destruction magic mod but it would show in her inventory on the creation kit but she couldn't use it in game due to the enchantment not showing, if anyone knows how to add a staff from another mod that is enchanted id be greatly appreciated if you told me.
*HIGHLY Recommend USING THIS:
If you wish to however, have the staffs from the Wind destruction magic mod as i used in screenshots.
follow these steps:
1. Download the wind destruction magic mod
2. type: help Tornado, or Cyclone or Tempest (your choice) in the console command
3. Add it into your inventory
4. give it/them to Janna and she will use them in combat
*HIGHLY Recommend USING THIS

* If you do not chose to use the staffs from the Wind Destruction mod, Janna will use a few storm spells instead.
