I started this as an attempt to teach myself how to mod with the creation kit and i got carried away
the house has undergone some revisions so sadly i have spent way way way too much time on it
(but now i know how not to waste time next time Lolz)

HEARTHFIRES DLC
DRAGONBORN DLC

RECOMMENDED: I used the Whiterun/Solitude/Winterhold Sexy City's Textures by horrorview

IMPORTANT READ ME

The Outside of the House is not Navmeshed I'm Looking for someone to Help me with that.
Some of the interior cells are navmeshed for the mannequins but i made some paths around the house so i deleted some navmesh.


If you have floating grass or rocks in the yard, its a bethesda BUG i think

Open up both Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and at the bottom of the [Grass] section add/alter this

bAllowLoadGrass=0
bAllowCreateGrass=1
bDrawShaderGrass=1
