This has been suggested to me several times - mages need a sweet-ashhhh crib near their college!
And what the poop, Winterhold, get a grip! Yes, the collapsh was bad mkay but get a healthy dose of man the beep up and start rebuilding! To get back on its feet, Winterhold has supported a new alchemist to set up shop in town, because mages are good bizniz. Council (consisting of jarl and his steward) has also put effort into some serious real estate (Vellamo) and invested in a communal smithing spot. Winterhold will be back on the map in no time!
Mod adds a small mage themed house above Winterhold, an Apothecary next to the Jarl's house, and smithing facilities next to the Frozen Hearth Inn
Vellamo is a sea goddess in the Finnish mythology
:: REQUIREMENTS ::
- Skyrim up to date
Location: Winterhold town entrance
Key: Purchase the deed from the Apothecary, the key is inside the letter
Crafting facilities: All vanilla and Dragonborn crafting except a smelter.
Forge in the town is an "All Forge" which will craft Dawnguard, Skyforge and Skaal items

- None of the storage INSIDE will respawn. All storage is safe but OUTSIDE MAY RESPAWN.
- The basement is a neutral zone so the garden should respawn
- No family or follower beds
- Decor is locked in place so it's Fus Ro Dah safe

I tried to make it compatible with mods that alter Winterhold, but I don't use any so I cannot be certain.
• ETaC compatibility confirmed, you'll just have two smithing areas.
I added a new VendorItem keyword (VendorItemDeed) to allow Dante to sell the deed.
It's added to the VendorApothecary list so mods that change these keywords might cause trouble.

- The stairs are annoying to use (have to jump), it's part of the small house model resource, I cannot change it.

ANYTHING and EVERYTHING *I* have created is free game as long as you don't just take my esp and publish it as your own AND YOU GIVE CREDIT TO ME FOR ANY WORK YOU USE. Be it meshes, textures, houses, NPCs. I am releasing all my stuff to other modders to use, as long as you don't charge money for it and when it's house mods, you actually developed the house further. Just taking my mods, adding a few tiny things and reuploading IS NOT ALLOWED. Don't dupe stuff, make it better. Improve. Evolve. Also, NO UPLOADING MY MODS TO STEAM WORKSHOP. Using my assets in SWS is fine, I just don't want my complete mods hosted in that pile of crap.
Do note that this file file contains a lot of free to use modder's resources, but also a fair amount of custom stuff by my friends and other people, and those unique works are not allowed to be used or reverse-engineered for any PUBLIC WORK under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Touching anything made by lrsamways/Nahkin/DarkFox127 is a no-no. Take a look at the credit section to see what can be reused and what not.
Translations are welcome, send me the file and I will put it up here on this mod page. DO NOT upload translation BSAs elsewhere ('cept you, Oaristys, you have my personal permission for any French versions)
