Islid Point is a small home north-east of the Skaal village. In order to obtain the home first seek out and slay the were-bear Valsk, and take his key. Islid Point is built mostly as a home from Skyrim. Built with the design and layout for a simple survivalist/vacationer.

~History of Valsk~
~Valsk, lived in the Skaal village since his early years as the son of a wandering merchant who died of Yellow-Tick fever when visiting is old friend Wulf. By age fifteen he proved himself worthy of the post of Skaal Honor Guard. Later Valsk was tricked by the Daedric Lord Hircine to drink the blood of a were-bear. Valsk then exiled by the Skaal, left to build a watchtower to gaze upon the Islid river, a favorite place of his childhood. By the time of Miraak, Valsk had lost control of himself, killing all who dared his island...~

A: Yes, but NPCs tend not to wander away from the entryway.
Q: Why does the house require all the DLC?
A: Really? Look at the pics and read the description.
Q: Why does the CK say Navmesh needs to be refinished on cell wilderness 18,25?
A: This is a glitch, it will not affect your game.
