You can share your meal with your friends and followers.
This is NOT just a sandbox behaviour. They will actually pick and eat the REAL items.

All the magic effects will be applied accordingly. So this can have practical value too.

Works fine with animals


How to?
1) Install the mod
2) Save and load the game to fix the known Bethesda dialogue bug
3) Drop some food and drinks on the floor (or on the table)
4) Unequip your weapon
5) Talk with your friend, "Would you like to... ?"
6) Your nearby friends and followers (and thier friends too) will have a dinner with you. They can also use their own food.

7) How to stop the party? Simply equip your weapon and stand in front of the last eating person to make sure he can recognize the sign. You can also start sprinting or just leave the current cell.

You can also feed followers via inventory (no party will be organized). To start feeding follower:
1) Use the same topic "Would you like to..."
2) Open the followers inventory and give food items as usual. You will notice that these items will keep disappearing from the follower's inventory. You can also feed the follower with potions this way, not just a food

Uninstalling and updating:
There should be no problems with uninstalling this mod (you can get several "undefined" scripts, but as I explained earlier in details, they are harmless).

However, I strongly recommend you to stop all the "eating" behaviour before every update.
