Here's a list of each skeleton, their equipment and needed conjuration level
Skeleton - Iron War Axe (Level 0 Conjuration)
Skeleton Archer - Hunting Bow, 50 Steel Arrows (Level 25 Conjuration)
Skeleton Warrior - Steel Sword, Iron Helmet and Shield (Level 50 Conjuration)
Skeleton Mage - Frostbite, Ice Spike, Conjure Frost Atronach (Level 75 Conjuration)
The spell tomes cannot be found and are purchased from any vendor who sells spells of that level. For example Farengar Secret-Fire, the court wizard of Whiterun sells level 25 conjuration spells and will stock the Skeleton Archer spell.
==Known Bugs/Issues==
* Sometimes when a skeleton is killed, while a weapon is in their hand, the weapon does not disappear and can be picked up and used/sold
* If you aggro the skeleton mage and it summons a frost atronach, the frost atronach will attack both you and the skeleton

* Fixed Potent Skeleton Warrior not wearing helmet and shield on summon

* Fixed Conjuration perks not working. Effects are as follows:
Twin Souls - Allows you to have two summoned beings (skeletons, atronachs, etc.)
Elemental Potency - Makes skeletons more powerful. Increases their level and gives them better weapons
Atromancy - Summoned Skeletons last twice as long
* Fixed their AI so they are less aggressive. Normal skeletons have normal confidence while potent ones are brave
* Gonna work on Thrall versions of both normal and potent skeletons
