This mod requires HEARTHFIRES!

If you want to keep the vanilla Breezehome the way it is, and don't want a mansion to run around in. Then this mod might be something for you. No modifications has been done to Breezehome, except for a small trapdoor infront of the stairs.
The trapdoor will take you to the cellar, where you can forge your weapons and armor, mix your potions and make your enchantments. The cellar also contain a greenhouse with room for 28 plants, of your own choise.
I wont charge you anything for this cellar, just buy Breezehome and is yours with all it's content.

** Installation:
I don't know what will happen if you use this mod together with other Breezehome mods, haven't tryed it. So be carefull if you attempt it.
Save your game.
Use NMM to install this mod.
Set this mod to load last or close to last in your data files load order.

** Uninstall:
Empty the cellar of all your stuff, leave the cellar and save your game.
Uninstall the mod via NMM.
