Wel i was wondering where the skooma came from and discoverd
that the onley way to get it was to find it or buy it :(
So i went online on the internet and found no recipe mods... so made i my own one and decided to share with Nexus.
if u have an idea for an recipe please comment!

U dont need an DLC or other mod to use this one!

to make Skooma u need to find an CoockingPot and go to misc, u wil find Skooma.
in this Build u need these ingredients:
1 Moonsuger
1 Nightshade
2 mountenflower
1 Emty Skooma Bottle
