K, found a way better ENB shaders which include a sharpening HDR effect and also I have set the gamma to work better with the No Tint and Desaturation mod by Laicus (wont be so pitch black now)
Also, I included two folders, one for your root folder and one to replace your .ini files. Depending on feed back this should be the last update.
ENJOY & ENDORSE!
It is highly recommended to use the Ugridstoload=7 files unless you really have a very high end computer.
I see a lot of ini tweaks going up on here and none of them seem to look as good as mine (I don't know how to make that seem less arrogant). So this goes out to all the AMD/ATI users with good rigs that want a great looking game that doesn't eat away at performance. My shadows look gorgeous, no flickering, and my FPS are high.
This file includes both my .ini files and my CCC settings.
I recommend using the ATI/AMD 12.1 preview drivers located here: http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/Catalyst121Previewdriver.aspx

Mods to help boost your environments and your performance!
SkyBoost by Alexander Blade (I get way better performance with this than with TESVAL)
Enhanced Distant Terrain by OpticShooter
Terrain Bump by OpticShooter (Preferred over HD Landscapes and not as bad of a performance hit)
