My very first mod designed to make skyrim gameplay more balanced.

The reason why i made this mod is i wanted to play without a hud but always had to turn it back on to check the names of what i was fighting

Naked bandit dies in one hit and another naked bandit kills me in one hit only difference was the name

Comparison

After seeing why there is so much difference in the naked bandits i decided to make everyone the same and use their weapons, armor and spells as the deciding factor and not some name that gives them 25% extra damage and over 10x more health

So now engagements feel realistic (to a point) and you can tell what your opponent is by looking at them

ADDED A PATCH FOR STARTING A NEW GAME WITHOUT AN ALTERNATIVE START MOD
otherwise the horses and carriages flip out and go crazy

This mod is still in a testing phase if anyone finds bugs or overpowered things please let me know

Your level no longer effects how much health a NPC has instead Armor, Weapons and Tactics will be the deciding factor.

before i get into what i have changed be warned this mod is hard if you are unprepared even the lowest level bandit will kill you

All Health, Stamina and Magicka have been redone and is dependent on race and creature not level

No more auto Health Regen.

Level up Health, Stamina and Magicka have been reduced
(This has been reduced to 2 instead of 10)

Carry weight has been reduced

ARMOR

The heaver the armor the slow you move

Heavy armor now has resistances

Running in heavy armor will drain much more stamina the if you were in light armor

Shields now block arrows without perks

Shields are now really effective against weapons and spells
(unless its a power attack war hammer then move quickly away)



WEAPONS

Weapons now apply bleeding damage depending on what they are hitting

Weapons do different damage to different armor types
Fixed bleeding values for armors

Weapon damage is at a fixed damage
(With the exception of perks and enchantments which allow a bit more)

Arrows are now faster

MAGIC

Reworked magic damage values

NPC

NPC's now use arrow ammo (so they can run out and have to engage in melee

NPC's will take and apply bleeding damage even animals will make you bleed under the right conditions

Draugr have their own resistances

Vampires are really strong but have weakness to match

Guards are not as strong

Horses now move faster

SNEAK

Sneaking no longer apply's sneak bonus damage
(Instead not being detected is the reward)

POTIONS & POISONS

All Potions no longer have instant effects
Poisons are Deadly

Perks have been kinda redone to remove the massive damage bonuses and some requirements

Ore veins now contain more then 3 ore
(A gold mine will make you rich)

Almost every item will be in the game from the start
(The world has been going for awhile and did not start when you clicked new game...)

Merchants now have more gold

Can smith silver weapons and ammo
