Thank you all for taking time to download and endorsing this mod.

Refraction of Light

Wiki: "Refraction is the bending of a wave when it enters a medium where it's speed is different. The refraction of light when it passes from a fast medium to a slow medium bends the light ray toward the normal to the boundary between the two media." In a plain term, it looks great in-game in motion.

Special thanks to farkhadrasul for showing me how to do refraction. A tremendous contribution he has provided to this mod.

Installation

Please use the mod manager download if you have it because that will automatically install.
The armors do not have the transparency option, but the shield and weapons do. I didn't do the transparency on armors because the armor's crystal looked too dull. If you select the option 3 with the other options, you'll see the transparency on the shield and the weapons.

For manual Installation

Download the MAIN download file, and unzip it to a temporary directory. For the armor, copy the Armor directory's meshes and textures directories to the Skyrim/Data directory. For the weapon, copy the Weapon directory's meshes and textures directories to the Skyrim/Data directory. The Opt directory has a list of optional armors, so pick one and copy meshes and textures directories to the Skyrim/Data directory. The Opt/WTransparent directory has the weapon transparency texture.

ENB TemporalAA

If you are using the ENB TemporalAA enabled, this mod will look "twitching" on some of glass pieces that are made to refract. This mod added a duplicate mesh object to make it look refracting, and TemporalAA will make those objects look flipping between the two when your GPU cannot produce x2 fps that are being rendered. Please try disabling the ENB TemporalAA with this mod until I can find a solution to work with it.
Why the sampling rate of a scene must be at least twice as high as fps

UPDATE: I found a way to eliminate the "twitching" when the ENB Temporal AA is enabled. However, this ENB feature lowered FPS by 50% (60fps to 30fps) on my PC with i7-3770 and two 7850 crossfire setup. I decided not to mod something that is a performance killer. The solution required me to Blender every glass pieces on each mesh file.
