Makes the merchants that are unlocked from thieves guild jobs(Syndus, Herluin Lothaire, Vanryth Gatharian, and Arnskar Ember-Master) into fences so they buy stolen items. Does not change what they sell. They will only buy non-stolen and stolen items of their type until you get the "Merchant" perk(the blacksmith will only buy stolen blacksmith items until you get the "Merchant" perk) . There are no known bugs a the moment.
