Adds a medium sized lore friendly black dwemer themed player home to the outskirts of Riverwood. Access is available after you purchase the Dovahkiin Bunker Lexicon Cube from Lucan Valerius at the Riverwood trader. Two extra Lexicon cubes are also available which will unlock your new custom weapons and armor after entering the property. New Spells and gold smithing options are also available but only in the dovahkiin bunker. The bunker contains all essentials, mannequins, Weapon Racks Plaques, Lots Of Varied Storage, A Full Crafting Area, Enchanters Table, Alchemist's Table, Staff Enchanter, Cooking Area, Library, Bedroom, Throne, Harvestable Plants. The bunker is fully follower friendly and all containers are safe to store items. Compatible with Ebonvale, Towns And Villages Enhanced-Riverwood.

After Using the Lexicon Cubes you can sell them back to the vendor you bought them from to make back some of your gold....Or You can pickpocket them for free.
The Riverwood Trader now sells more items and has more gold to spend
