Release Note
This is a re-release of my Jordis Empowered mod. I was not quite happy with the prior release, and could never get the look I wanted. One of the issues was the lips, which on pre-existing NPCs always appeared colorless regardless of changes I made in the CK. This old post answered my issues. Not sure why I didn't know about it until now, but as a result I wanted to slightly remake the prior mod attempt.

Description
Jordis is likable enough, but just seems like she should be stronger. Her voice, her looks, her abilities do not inspire confidence in her abilities to fight. This mod alters her appearance, gives her a strong voice (FemaleCommander - e.g.,Aela, Rikke), and changes her skills from 1H combat to 2H combat.

Jordis is skilled (i.e., perked) in all the 2H weapons types as well as archery, block, heavy armor and restoration (a skill taught to her by the renowned Sybille Stentor).

Features

• Marked Essential. (note: in an existing game, you may need to use UFO to set the essential flag, using the "You are important" dialogue option.)
• Female gender stance.
• Levels with the player from 5 to 100.
• Custom class and combat style.
• Perked in her particular skillsets (all two-handed weapons, archery,block,heavy armor, restoration, and of course, Lightfoot).
• Morality: Up to "Violence against enemies" (she still represents the Jarl)
• Healing and Fast Healing spells

Installation
If you are starting a new game:

• Download with NMM.
• Activate in NMM.
  

For an existing game - IMPORTANT:
This is in case Jordis' skills/stats are not appropriately changed just by loading the mod.
(Use UFO or similar mod to verify her skills/stats are correct.)
If not, use the method below.

• Create a savegame.
• Download mod with NMM.
• Exit game and activate mod in NMM.
• Load the savegame.
• Open the console (tilde key) and click on Jordis. You should see her Form ID number appear.
• Type: disable (this will cause Jordis to disappear - that's ok)
• Type: enable
• Type: setlevel 1000 0 5 100
• Exit the console (tilde key)
• Jordis should now reappear and her stats should be correct (you can check with UFO)
  

Removal
Dismiss the follower.
Deactivate in NMM.

Usage
Do not upload this mod elsewhere, but feel free to use anything in it for your own mod.

Compatibility
Load after UFO or any other mod which modifies Jordis.
Uses only vanilla assets.
