Requires Dawnguard for Canticle Trees

This mod improves the Arch Mage's Quarters in the College of Winterhold, replacing the dead tree in the central garden with a Canticle Tree, adding in a mannequin and cooking pot, and replacing the enchanting station with one that is less "evil" looking in appearance. In addition, the cave wind sounds were removed in favor of music to make it feel less like a dungeon.
