V2 - UPDATE
Built a new world space and it works so will be keeping old one incase i figure out whats wrong with it, so download if you want a unfinished island house mod that will be updated ASAP, thats all for now folks.

this is my first skyrim mod, and so far it doesn't work as the world space won't load if anybody knows how to fix this tell me or i will find you....and you know the rest, this will not have pics until i have figured out how to fixed the world space so don't P.M me saying it doesn't work because i already know and if you didn't read this before downloading then shame on you that's all for now folks.

oh and i almost forgot to put this but the magic door is out side of Riverwood and impossible to miss.
